Villa Maicon 1 is our centrally located villa with a private pool in Dalyan. With 5 bedrooms and room for 10 guests, it is suitable for large families and big groups of friends. The villa has 6 bathrooms with WC, one of which is in the shared area. It can be rented together with Villa Maicon 2 and 3.

The villa
- The kitchen is spacious and well equipped: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, 12-person dinner service, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery.
- The living room has a comfortable, good-quality seating area, air conditioning, LCD TV and satellite receiver; it opens onto the poolside and garden.
- Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, plus unlimited wireless wi-fi.

- The private swimming pool is 8 metres wide, 3.5 metres long and 1.55 metres deep.
Services
- Included in the price: water, internet, cooking gas, pool and garden care and checks early every morning, and help from the member of staff looking after the villa whenever you need assistance during your holiday.
- The villa is handed over clean and cleaned once a week.
- You can use the washing machine to do your own laundry if you wish; extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. can be provided for a fee.
- If anything is missing during your holiday, let us know and it will be provided as soon as possible.
- Not included in the price: flights, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, and holiday and health insurance.
Good to know
- Guests renting the villa are deemed to have accepted the rental conditions in advance.
- Check-in is at 16:00 on the first day and check-out at 10:00 on the last day; cleaning takes place in between. To avoid any difficulty, we kindly ask that you observe check-in and check-out times.
- In all villas set in nature, butterflies, insects, ants, flies and the like may be present in the surroundings; this is natural.
