• The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker, saucepans, frying pans and serving ware.
• Living room: seating for 10 guests, a TV and air conditioning; it opens onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, with a table and chairs for 8.

• Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 2: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with WC

• Large private pool measuring 9x5 m and 1.55 m deep, plus a children's pool.
• Sun loungers and parasols are provided according to the villa's capacity; there is a stone barbecue between the villa and the pool.

• All textiles in the villa are washed, dried and ironed in the company's laundry after each guest leaves, and are prepared in packs before the next guests arrive.
• The villa is cleaned and disinfected between check-out and check-in.

The villa is in the Gürpınar neighbourhood of Dalyan; the town centre and the Saturday market are easy to reach. Dalyan has a landscape where blue and green blend together; the famous İztuzu Beach, more than 5 km long, is a nesting and living area for loggerhead (caretta caretta) turtles, and can be reached by boat from Dalyan centre, by dolmuş or by car.
