• The villas are custom designed; their large terraces face east and enjoy direct sunshine from the morning until 15.00 in the afternoon
• Each villa has its own garage; you enter the interior through a steel door, leaving road and noise pollution completely behind
• With no thresholds on the floor, it is suitable for guests with disabilities
• The open-plan kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee machine, pots, pans and serving utensils; the white goods and small appliances are top-of-the-range models
• The living room has seating for 8 guests, a TV and air conditioning; from the living room you step out onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, with a table and chairs for 8
• There is a separate toilet at the entrance
• All the air conditioning units are Daikin, with noise pollution prevented; the textiles are of the finest quality and high-grade insulation materials have been chosen in all rooms

• Bedroom 1: one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 2: one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 3: double bunk bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom

• Private pool of 60 m2, 1.55 m deep, and a children's pool
• Sun loungers and parasols according to the villa's capacity; stone barbecue between the villa and the pool
• Beyond the lawn, on the east side, the villa has its own 3000 m2 fruit orchard and organic vegetable garden, intended as a treat for guests. If you wish, you can collect eggs from the hen house in the orchard

• After guests leave, all the textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed and packed ready for the next guests in our company's well-equipped, hygienic laundry
• On same-day changeovers, the whole villa is cleaned and then disinfected between check-out and check-in

The villa is in the Metinler district of Dalyan, a short distance from the town centre and from the market held on Saturdays.
