• The two villas stand side by side; each has its own garden and pool, and thanks to the high wall between the two gardens, guests cannot see one another.
• The large east-facing terraces get the sun from morning until 15:00 in the afternoon.
• Each villa has its own garage; after parking your car you enter the interior through a steel door.
• With no thresholds on any of the level areas, it is also suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee machine, saucepans, frying pans and serving utensils; the appliances are top-of-the-range models.
• Living room: seating for 8 guests, TV and air conditioning; from the living room you step out onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, with a table and chairs for 8.
• There is a separate toilet at the entrance. All the air-conditioning units are Daikin, and highly insulating materials have been chosen for the rooms.

• A private pool of 60 m² with a depth of 1.55 m, and a children's pool.
• Sun loungers and parasols are provided according to the villa's capacity; there is a stone barbecue between the villa and the pool.
• Beyond the lawn, on the east side, the villa has a 3000 m² fruit orchard with an organic vegetable garden, intended as a treat for guests. After a morning walk you can pick produce such as tomatoes and peppers, and collect eggs from the chicken coop.

• After each guest leaves, all textiles in the villa are washed, dried, ironed and packed at the company laundry, ready before the next guest arrives.
• The villa is cleaned and disinfected between check-out and check-in.
• All textiles have been chosen from quality products.

The villa is in the Metinler neighbourhood of Dalyan; the town centre and the Saturday market are easy to reach.
