Villa Solrock

• The ground floor has a sitting area, open-plan kitchen, a shared WC, TV, air conditioning and 3 bedrooms; the upper floor has 2 bedrooms.
• The luxurious, spacious kitchen has everything thought of: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, dinner set for 12, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery and more. If anything is missing during your stay, let us know and it will be supplied as soon as possible.
• The living room has a comfortable, high-quality seating area, air conditioning, LCD TV and satellite receiver; from the living room you step out to the poolside and the garden.
• Wireless unlimited wi-fi is provided. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
• A washing machine is available.

• Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and WC
• Bedroom 2: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and WC

The bedrooms are provided with clean bed linen and towel sets.

• Private swimming pool: 5 m wide, 12 m long, 1.50 m deep.
• From the living room there is access to the poolside and the garden.

• The villa is handed over in spotless condition and cleaned once a week.
• Water, internet, cooking gas, pool and garden maintenance and checks early every morning, and the staff member who looks after the villa for any help you need during your stay are included in the price.
• You can do your own laundry if you wish; extra clean sheets, pillowcases and similar items can be provided for an additional charge.
• Flight tickets, additional cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, and holiday and health insurance are not included in the price.

• The guest renting the villa is deemed to have accepted the rental terms in advance.
• On arrival, a deposit for breakages, damage and losses is taken by the authorised person; if there are no problems, the same amount is refunded at check-out time.
• Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; the time in between is set aside for cleaning, so please bear the times in mind.
• In locations set in nature, creatures such as butterflies, insects, ants and flies may be present; this is perfectly natural.
