Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation terms of each villa are shown on its listing page and in the booking summary. Three policies generally apply:

• Flexible: cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival receive a full refund of the prepayment.
• Moderate: full refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the prepayment between 30 and 59 days; no refund within 30 days of arrival.
• Strict: 50% of the prepayment is refunded up to 60 days before arrival; no refund afterwards.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Date changes depend on the villa's availability. The damage deposit is returned in full after the check-out inspection.
