Villa Joy

• The ground floor has the living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom; the first floor has two bedrooms; the second floor has two more bedrooms.
• The house measures 130 m².
• The living room has a comfortable, good-quality seating area, air conditioning, LCD TV and satellite receiver; it opens onto the poolside and garden.
• The kitchen is spacious and well equipped: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, 12-person dinner service, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery.
• Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, plus unlimited wireless wi-fi.

• Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 2: double bed, single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 3: double bed, single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with WC
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom
• Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms.

• The private swimming pool is 10 metres wide, 4.5 metres long and 1.55 metres deep.
• There is direct access from the living room to the garden and poolside.

• Included in the price: water, internet, cooking gas, pool and garden care and checks early every morning, and help from the member of staff looking after the villa whenever you need assistance during your holiday.
• The villa is handed over clean and cleaned once a week.
• You can use the washing machine to do your own laundry if you wish; extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. can be provided for a fee.
• Not included in the price: flights, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, and holiday and health insurance.

The villa is very close to the centre of Dalyan; the dolmuş, restaurants and a supermarket are a short distance away. The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport; İztuzu Beach, Aşı Cove and Kargıcak Cove are among the beaches and coves nearby.

• Guests renting the villa are deemed to have accepted the rental conditions in advance.
• A deposit is taken on arrival by an authorised person; if no problems arise, it is refunded at check-out.
• Check-in is at 16:00 on the first day and check-out at 10:00 on the last day; cleaning takes place in between. To avoid any difficulty, we kindly ask that you observe check-in and check-out times.
• In all villas set in nature, butterflies, insects, ants, flies and the like may be present in the surroundings; this is natural.
