On the villa's page, pick your check-in and check-out dates from the calendar and enter the number of guests. The system checks availability and calculates the total straight away; you then send your request through the booking form.
Bookings are usually confirmed with an advance payment, and the balance is collected before check-in. The deposit rate and payment schedule vary by villa, so both are shown clearly during the booking step.
The rate covers the entire villa, including the private pool and garden. Extras such as pool heating, mid-stay cleaning or transfers may be charged separately depending on the villa; the "Useful Information" section on each villa page lists what is and is not included.
The minimum stay depends on the villa and the season, and is typically between 3 and 7 nights. It is stated on the calendar on each villa page, and the system warns you if you select a shorter range.
Once we receive your request we confirm the villa's availability, and the booking is finalised when your advance payment is received. Confirmation and villa details are then sent to you by email.
Yes. Simply provide your billing details when booking; corporate invoices can also be issued.
As a rule check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00; times can vary by villa and are stated on each villa page. The gap is used to prepare the house and the pool.
Every villa has a stated capacity on its listing page, and that figure covers all guests including infants. Exceeding it is not permitted; for larger groups you can filter for bigger villas.
This depends entirely on the villa. You can filter for pet-friendly villas; even where pets are welcome, please let us know before booking.
Villas are rented for families and groups of friends to stay in; events with guests beyond the stated capacity require prior approval. For birthdays, engagements and similar occasions, get in touch and we will find you a suitable villa.
It is often possible if the villa has no other booking that day. Let us know a few days before arrival and we will check and get back to you.
Not every villa has pool heating; where it exists it is usually charged separately and must be requested in advance. If you are staying in April-May or October-November, we recommend asking when you book.
