Villa Alavarte is a new villa built in 2023 in the Maraş district of Dalyan. It is within walking distance of the town centre, the Dalyan river and Barlar Sokağı (Bar Street), and there are plenty of shops and restaurants on the walk into the centre. With all bedrooms en suite and space for 12 guests, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends.
